Job Details

My client is a leading pharmaceutical business based in Oxford, looking to hire a 6+ PQE commercial lawyer on a 3 month contract. 

The role will involve:

  • Leading and assisting with Business Development and M&A for the business
  • Providing support to the GC and Compliance Officer when advising EU commercial teams 
  • Providing support to ad hoc projects where needed
  • Performing corporate secretarial functions such as;
    • ensuring the corporate secretarial records for various entities are correct and assisting with the opening and closing of these entities.
  • Supporting with the compliance processes and activities.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years PQE and will have key commercial, corporate and compliance/company secretarial experience.
