Real Estate Finance Lawyer

Our client, a Top US city based firm, is currently seeking a real estate finance associate for a period of 4-6 months starting asap.

As the real estate finance associate you will be handling a range of complex and general finance matters, you will ideally have experience of  real estate assets and loans by way of mortgages, and have experience of acting for lenders on real estate finance transactions. You will also be working closely with the finance team on funding and securitisations.

Due to the nature of the work, the firm is seeking someone with 3 years PQE minimum, and you will have experience dealing with complicated Real estate finance transactions.

Due to the nature and value of the transactions you will have experience gained from a Top US or international firm.
