In House - Consumer Finance Counsel

OUR CLIENT

We have an exciting new mandate for a Consumer Credit Solicitor c 5 PQE to join an established in house legal department.

THE ROLE

As a member of a dynamic and fast growing in house legal function you will be expected to provide legal support on a range of matters.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing advice to the business on legal, regulatory and code requirements including those laid out by consumer credit regulation, the FCA and other regulators.

You will also provide legal support as required to the Business, advising on products, processes and systems

There will also be an opportunity to handle more general day to day commercial work.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity within a fast growing business, applicants must have a solid track record, excellent communication skills and relevant technical skills handing commercial, regulatory and consumer credit matters.
