Housing Lawyer

Our client a Local Authority based in London, is currently recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer on an ongoing locum basis.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry a caseload from the outset, that will comprise of the following matters:

•              Anti- Social behaviour

•              Disrepair

•              Possession claims

•              Tenancy fraud and

•              Nuisance

The successful  Housing Lawyer will also be required to attend court on an ad hoc basis and be able to pick up a caseload from the outset.

Advocacy experience is key for this role as you will be expected to attend court.
