This highly thought of national firm is particularly geared up for covering all matters relating to property law. While they deal with the full range of purchases and sales of investment and development properties, joint ventures, secured finance transactions, planning, development issues including site assembly, portfolio management, lettings and all aspects of landlord and tenant law, they don't have an established property litigation offering in the city. In wanting to provide a one-stop shop for their existing clients the firm is looking to bring in a litigation partner that can and wants to take a lead role. 32453
