Regulatory Solicitor/Barrister 2+ To £££
Rare opening at this popular firm for either an experienced solicitor or barrister to act for many regulatory bodies involved in the field of professional discipline in the health and legal sectors. The work largely involves managing a caseload where it is alleged that the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators. The caseload is incredibly varied and cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate behaviour.
