Ideally you will be a Lawyer with a strong track record in Serious and Catastrophic Injury. You will be joining a growing team with significant potential for career progression.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing own caseload of Serious Injury / Catastrophic matters

* Supervising/training junior fee earners

* Helping build the firms position and reputation in its market

* Actively promoting and supporting the firm's culture and core values

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent

* Experience managing own Serious Injury / Catastrophic caseload (claimant)

* Team player

* Superb client care skills

* Passionate and committed to helping injured clients

* Organised and efficient

* Strong communication skills

* Eager to learn and further develop skills, knowledge and expertise
