My client is a Progressive and Dynamic Top 100 firm with an entrepreneurial spirit. With 45 heads in the Reading office, they have expansive growth plans to double this number over the next couple of years by growing organically, with the right people who are committed to progression and development.

Your new role
With one of the largest national corporate teams in the UK, my clients firm is recognised as the number 1 corporate adviser in the country. Your new role as a corporate partner will be instrumental in developing and growing the department. The department already advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Senior Corporate Solicitor/Associate looking to step up with their career or an already successful Corporate Partner. Having spent your legal career to date learning and practising corporate law, the successful candidate will be capable of producing an excellent standard of work whilst supervising others in the team. Our ideal candidate will also enjoy marketing and business development activities. They will be a robust individual and will have the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level. They will also demonstrate the following attributes.
