Tax and Estate Planning Solicitor

THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading regional law firm based in the South of England with an enviable track record and which advises both commercial and private clients.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for an experienced Tax & Estate Planning Solicitor to join their successful tax and estate planning department which has an outstanding reputation.

You will be involved in working across all areas of tax and estate planning dealing with complex private client tax and trusts from inheritance tax planning to capital gains tax.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will a solicitor with 5pqe+ with a strong academic background and relevant experience gained with a national or regional firm with highly regarded tax and trusts practice

The successful candidate will have a proven track record and solid understanding across all areas of tax and estate planning dealing with complex private client work and a good understanding of the law relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney.

You will need to demonstrate experience of managing others, with the ability to encourage, coach and develop staff members.

Ideally you will be STEP qualified.
