This firm is a leading, globally recognised full service law firm, with a particularly strong reputation within the TMT sector.
With a top rated IT, Technology practice, the team are extremely busy handling big-ticket and complex technology and outsourcing transactions. In light of this they are currently looking to hire an additional mid level lawyer (3-5PQE) with solid experience gained in private practice in the UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
The successful incumbent will enjoy a lead role advising on high value projects. In addition to outsourcing matters, there is the opportunity to get involved in wider IT work, including; IT systems development, licensing and procurement; Data privacy; and advice on sourcing models and strategies, and on new technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer, who is looking to join a first rate team where he or she will be given the opportunity to progress and to supervise junior members of the team.
