Job Details
We have been instructed by one of the most high-profile firms in the Middle East on a new opening in their Corporate Practice.
The firm has one of the largest corporate practices in the region with a substantial offering in the UAE and other countries with more developing economies.
The regional practice is led from Dubai, where there are a number of highly-regarded partners with a range of expertise in domestic and international M&A, venture capital, restructurings, private equity, joint ventures and more general corporate advisory matters.
The partners are interested in speaking to UK, US or commonwealth (NZ/AUS) qualified associates with at least 5 years of post-qualified experience in M&A and general corporate matters.
Candidates can be coming from London or another financially centre in Australia etc., but it will be an advantage to be based in the UAE already, as well as any regional experience that can be demonstrated.
