A Corporate Commercial Solicitor is required to join one of the Northern Home Counties leading practices to join their St Albans office.

This multi-service practice has been in operation for over 45 years in Hertfordshire and London delivering an excellent service to their clients.

The Senior Associate will be working on general commercial work as well as corporate/M&A deals. The team boasts an enviable client base working for a range of clients of different sizes and sectors.

The successful Solicitor will have commercial experience in a private practice working on commercial contracts.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years experience working in a commercial role however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a leading practice.
