Commercial Property Lawyer

We are recruiting to a busy Local Authority based in the North West who are actively seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. The role is for an initial three months with the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate needs to be driven and able to keep up in a fast paced working environment. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a wide range of matter types, including but not limited to:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leases / tenancies
• Licences
• Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 / security of tenure
• Academy conversions
• Title investigations
• Local Government Law

Candidates with previous experience within a local authority setting would be ideal, but candidates from the private sector are encouraged to apply.
