OVERVIEW
We are currently working with an international law firm whose real estate practise is undeniably powerful. Due to sustained growth and success the firm is currently looking to supplement their award-winning Real Estate team in Bristol with the addition of a 1-3 years PQE Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a force that is highly regarded as a dominant force.
THE ROLE
The role will see the successful candidate join a leading European Real Estate team, a team that are actively involved in an exciting, challenging and specialist area of law. They handle a broad range of real estate transactions with a particular focus on investment, development and/or energy related work. The work itself will see you advising across a broad range of real estate transactions including regular £multi-million pounds transactions on behalf of a stellar client base including some of the largest investors in the country. This is a great opportunity for a junior/mid level real estate solicitor looking for either a step up or a fantastic platform from which to progress your career.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
- 1-3 years' PQE
- Experience from a recognised real estate department of a major or medium sized firm
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Experience in investment, development or energy related real estate work
- The ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management
- An enthusiasm for both personal and business development
