Job Details
Brand new opening for a corporate lawyer with at least two years post qualified experience to join this exceptional top 100 UK law firm.
Based in offices in central Bristol, you'll enjoy a full and rich diet of corporate transactional work for clients both within the private and public sector.
Your work will encompass the following areas: M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, IPOs and joint ventures and restructurings. You'll have excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen. Passionate about corporate work you'll be ready for the next step up in your career and an opportunity with a growing Bristol team that is going from strength to strength. The team has particular strength and depth on the technology side so enthusiasm if not interest in this area would be an advantage.
