A leading Residential Conveyancing specialist based in the City of London are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied case-load of sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners enjoy a great deal of autonomy whilst working in a supportive team environment. Due to their reputation, they have a number of contacts that regularly refer work to them, so business development won't be a focus of the role.

My client are looking for ambitious Residential Conveyancers who are looking for an opportunity to undertake high quality, City level work at a highly successful firm. They are also keen to bring in a Conveyancer who is keen to progress and develop their career and as the firm continue to expand, there will be ample opportunity to move up.
