I have been instructed by a top U.S firm who are aggressively expanding in their London offering to source an exceptional Corporate M&A Associate with a minimum of 1-year post qualification. You will be part of an extremely busy M&A/PE practice and have the chance to work on ultra-high valuation work.

You will have had second to none academics and ideally will already be working at another US firm or magic circle. You will also have the chance to be a part of acting for both venture and growth equity investment funds and be involved at the early stage of investments and emerging companies.
