This firm has an impressive client base and real expertise dealing with OMB and entrepreneurs, they are known for adding real value to client's transactions. They also deal with large multinationals, major institutions, banks, and lenders. This is a Partner led firm with quite a flat structure, they operate in small teams, and it is common for trainees to work alongside several Partners on many transactions at any one time, giving excellent experience above their years. They are ranked in the Top 100 and have a headcount of over 300, they have continued to grow over recent years.
The firm is seeking to recruit a Construction Litigation Senior Associate / Partner into their modern West End, London office.
The firm has state of the art technology and research resources, based in a modern office in the heart of the West End. The firm has a relaxed, friendly, and dynamic culture. You will find lots of autonomy and good work life balance with much more flexibility than at other West End and City firms. They are progressive and have many home-grown Partners; they can offer excellent prospects with regular appraisals.
They have a growing international client base, with strengths in Europe, India, South-East Asia, Middle East, Israel and South Africa.
The Construction Department is highly regarded for the work they do and expanding. This will be a broad ranging and interesting role where you will have responsibility and be able to make a real impact on the future success of the department. You will deal with a wide range of Contentious Construction matters including PFI/PPP disputes.
- You will be a Contentious Construction Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit)
- You will have first-class technical skills and commercial awareness
- Be a team player
- Be able to communicate well and build solid client relationships
- Have a meticulous eye for detail
- Salary is above market rate, with an industry leading benefits package
