One of the leading names in real estate have an opportunity for a real estate NQ solicitor to join them at their Sheffield office.

This firm's property team undertakes some fantastic quality work for a broad range of organisations across the UK. Demand for real estate work has increased significantly over the last 12 months and in addition to recruiting NQs internally, the partners have indicated that they also wish recruit a further real estate NQ externally.

The head of the real estate team is keen to hear from 2nd year trainees that are passionate about pursuing a career in real estate. You will need hands-on property experience from your training and ideally experience in some of the following areas: landlord and tenant; property development; estate management; or investment funds.

Beyond your experience you'll need to be career focused and enthusiastic to learn and to take advantage of the further training this firm will afford you. They want someone keen to get involved and who'll want to immerse themselves in the department including marketing and business development initiatives. As you'd expect with a firm of this size their systems and resources are superb so this represents a fantastic career start for newly qualified real estate lawyer. Candidates who are already in the local market or who are prepared to relocate will be considered on their merits.
