Head of Commercial Property

A highly regarded, Top 200 law firm have partnered with Douglas Scott for their Head of Commercial Property role. With an already strong regional presence, they are looking to strengthen this position further by bringing in an ambitious, driven Commercial Property Solicitor to head up their successful Commercial Property department.

In this role you will be providing legal advice and guidance to commercial clients across a full spectrum of commercial property matters including advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the client's matter, preparing reports on file and researching points as required, responding to client queries as appropriate.

You can expect to work closely with respected Partners at the top of their game, managing a team of talented Commercial Property Solicitors with the opportunity to progress and develop your own career both personally and professionally. They are ideally looking for the successful candidate to be able to pick up quality focused work with their highly respected clients and add value to the team from Day 1. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE within Commercial Property and have a successful track record heading up a department at a leading firm, or you will be an exceptional Commercial Property Solicitor looking for an opportunity to step up and make your mark on a firm.
