JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE

SALARY: Dependant on experience

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR: This is an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, reporting to the Head of Department. More senior solicitors will be considered and those with contacts or clients to bring, will be given priority, but this is not essential. The role will encompass handling private client work including complex wills, trusts and probates, the generation of new clients, to attain new work from existing clients, including cross selling or private client work by other departments and to reciprocate where possible. To identify and secure new and existing sources of work for the firm from intermediaries, brokers or businesses operating in the professional sector e.g. banks, accountants, IFA's etc. You will be an energetic, tenacious and committed team player, able to engage easily with people. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, able to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing, to work independently and manage a full private client caseload.
THE FIRM: With multiple offices around the West Midlands, this is an established but modern firm. They have many accreditations and have been nominated and shortlisted for a number of Law Society Awards. They are well known in the legal fraternity for their professional training and development, excellent systems, staff retention and fully support internal promotion.

Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance.
