Our client's top-ranked securitisation, investment adviser and fund lawyers have earned them a leading market position in the representation of issuers, placement agents, collateral managers and equity investors in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions in the United States and Europe.
Their global platform includes a multidisciplinary team with unparalleled experience in representing clients on their risk retention capital formation strategies. They not only created the parameters of each of the major risk retention solutions in the CLO marketplace, they created the nomenclature (CMV, MOA, C-MOA, etc.) too.
This cutting edge team is seeking 2 structured finance associates at the c.2-5pqe level with strong CLO experience. The firm pay very well (high US rates), whilst maintaining an hours culture more akin to the Magic Circle (c.1900hrs).
