Job Details
Top global law firm has a new opening for a corporate PSL. One of the group's four corporate teams has a core private equity focus, and the PSL will be part of this team so substantial private equity experience is important.
The firm's private equity practice is a market leader, advising on many of the highest-profile and most complex deals in the private equity market. In addition to private equity, the role will also involve coverage of general English corporate and company law.
The new PSL will be responsible for delivering know how to fee earners in London and across the firm's global network to maximise efficiency and minimise risk. The position will also be external-facing, for example by identifying opportunities for client-facing knowledge products and events, and producing thought leadership.
An excellent opportunity to find a better work/life balance whilst also enjoying a highly competitive salary. The position is ideally full time but those wanting to work 3 or 4 days are also encouraged to apply.
