BCL Legal are delighted to be assisting a Top 80 National Firm to recruit a bright and ambitious Employment Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more to join its thriving London office.
This market-leading firm is a Top 80 National Firm with a thriving Employment practice comprised of more than 40 fee earners across 5 offices. The Firm undertakes high quality Respondent work for an impressive client roster. It provides employment advice on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters including Tribunal litigation, TUPE, executive terminations, whistle-blowing, corporate support, discrimination, breach of covenants and restructuring. The culture of the firm is open, friendly and professional. Work-life balance and flexible working is positively encouraged.
This opportunity will suit an ambitious Employment solicitor who is looking to achieve a better work-life balance whilst retaining high quality workload. You will practise the full range of high quality contentious and non-contentious Employment law work including general employment advisory work, employment tribunal claims, whistle-blowing, high profile cases, and advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues with excellent opportunities for progression.
The Ideal Candidate will:
1. Be 3 years PQE or more with substantive Employment experience working within an established Employment practice;
2. Have significant non-contentious Employment law experience;
3. Have significant contentious Employment law experience;
4. Enthusiastic Team Player; and
5. Commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
