The Role
Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their thriving Property team in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The Leasehold Enfranchisement deals with a wide range of high level work, including: extending the lease of a flat, house lease extensions, collective (flat) enfranchisement, house enfranchisement, right to manage, tenant's right of first refusal, sale of the freehold, and missing landlords.
You will join a friendly, high performing team, and work on a varied, very exciting case load involving a mixture of leasehold enfranchisement legal issues.
Requirements:
- You will be a Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) with specialist knowledge and experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement
- You will work well in a team
- You will be client care focused and driven
- You will receive an excellent salary depending on your level of experience, and on your billings
