This is a rare opportunity for a US qualified attorney to work for a US heavyweight with a leading funds practice on US and non-US funds.
The head of department, a 'named' partner advises UK, US and European asset managers and investment funds on all aspects of US financial services regulatory issues, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investment adviser and investment fund registration and exemptions and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) requirements. The team also advise investment funds on global distribution issues, both via registration or passporting and on a private placement basis.
