Working within a high-performing, yet highly-collegiate team, the chosen BD Executive will be responsible for supporting a variety of practice areas including Financial Restructuring, Capital Markets and Leverage Finance. He/she will be given high levels of responsibility from an early stage, playing an instrumental role in managing and driving various BD activities for these groups. Other responsibilities include:

• Advising on major pitches lead by this group; helping to prepare documents and managing rehearsals
• Taking responsibility for keeping up-to-date with latest events and thought leadership with the view to facilitating practice growth and development
• Organising and attending client events and seminars aimed at raising the profile of these practice areas
• Providing matter content for legal directory, rankings and award submissions
• Working with partners and other senior fee-earners on marketing campaigns
