Private Equity work is the mainstay at this leading US firm now recruiting a mid-senior level Corporate associate to join its standout practice.
The Partners are globally recognised as leaders in the field and provide aspiring associates with first class mentorship and high profile workstreams.
The firm continues to grow strategically and has an inpouring of work both domestically and internationally in respect of venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions.
The culture is second to none and associates are given autonomy and flexibility to get their work done. Associates can expect to be involved in the suit of corporate work including Private Equity buyouts, sales and disposals and reorganisations of leading corporations.
Applications are welcome from associates who have experience gained at excellent private practice experience at City, Magic Circle, White Shoe and high calibre international law firms and who have also gained post qualification experience as in-house counsel.
