Job Details
Our client is a prominent firm in the City that is looking to add to its Tax team by way of seeking out NQs from the September 2019 qualification round.
The Tax team advises across the corporate tax spectrum, covering private and public M&A, joint ventures, demergers, restructurings and other corporate-related matters. The team particularly focusses on fund and deal structuring, managing some of the largest and most high-profile cases in the market.
Given the breadth of work on offer, the team works with a wide-ranging client-base, including financial institutions, corporate groups, asset managers and investment funds. Associates will also get access to emerging markets work, which will mark it out from smaller practices in the sector.
Applications are welcome from trainees at established firms in London or any other regional hub that are due to qualify in September 2019 – the candidate must have completed a corporate/transactional tax seat to be deemed eligible for this role.
