Are you a Company Commercial/Corporate Solicitor looking to join a well established and respected firm in the heart of the Cotswolds? Perhaps you're looking for the expertise of a City firm without travel into London. The firm prides itself in nurturing and developing legal talent.
The Firm
The Practice has a rich history of employing experts in their prospective skill sets and has a largely experienced workforce who have investment and training to ensure retention, and subsequently, they have very little in the way of staff turnover.
The Firm is forward thinking, friendly, dynamic and has an excellent culture at their growing Cirencester branch, Gloucestershire.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Commercial/Corporate Solicitor to join a flourishing office in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
Now is an exciting time to join due to the surge of work in the area, and with this comes excellent prospects for progression.
You will work alongside a highly experienced and respected property team. The firm deal with an excellent quality of work, fee earners deal with manageable caseloads with a focus on quality over quantity. You will deal with your own caseload of transactions, share transfer, asset transfers, asset transfers, investment rounds and resolution of shareholder and partnership disputes.
Requirements
- You will be a Company Commercial/Corporate Solicitor with at least 3-5 years PQE
- You will have a good working knowledge of general commercial work
- You will have experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- This role comes with the benefit of flexible working where appropriate
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE
