Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Projects, Manchester

Our client is a leading national practice with an increasingly international profile and with significant growth ambitions in the North.

This role arises in the Manchester office and sits within a larger projects focused team dealing with their ever growing roster of major infrastructure, transport, health, government, energy and utilities clients.

The work is fantastic and hugely varied and the significant depth allows its junior to gain experience across many different areas which can include corporate infrastructure and energy transactions, large scale procurement projects as well as broad real estate infrastructure and high profile transport projects.

The title of the role can be confusing to some - essentially the team seek lawyers interested in doing some of the largest and most innovative transactional work in the U.K. and are open to accepting applications from lawyers undertaking real estate, corporate, commercial or construction work. Of most importance is an aptitude and interest in undertaking complex, high profile work.

Given the diverse nature of the work the team is open to differing levels and kinds of experience. If you can demonstrate interest and enthusiasm and have undertaken some interesting transactional work then you will be of interest. The projects based nature of this role means it is ideal for those seeking to build a CV for in house related roles in the future.

Our client is open to considering those from 2 years PQE up to around 7 years PQE however given the scope for further work and growth you are encouraged to apply if you have some relevant transactional experience, regardless of your level.
