Job Details
International law firm is seeking an experienced Western qualified senior corporate associate lawyer with first class experience in corporate and M&A transactions gained at a top tier international law firm. This leading transactional and advisory Corporate team works on M&A (particularly cross border), joint ventures, securities and capital market transactions, regulatory, restructurings and reorganisations for a variety of leading regional and international corporates, banks and private equity houses as well as sovereign wealth funds and government investment vehicles.
Based in Dubai, you will be working with sophisticated clients and the focus will be on delivering on demanding and intellectually challenging mandates. You will be a native English speaker, with very strong drafting and technical skills, together with a strong track-record of working on complex deals in a range of sectors.
