We are working on a number of Partner mandates for this global legal platform on the restructuring arm of their business which they are actively growing out. They have represented major interests in some of the world’s most high-profile bankruptcy and workout cases, including the Lehman Brothers Inc., JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, the Royal Bank of Canada, NextEra Energy, Japan Airlines, Nortel Networks and Export Import Bank of China.
