Corporate Associate Opportunities - Channel Islands (2-6+ PQE)

Leading offshore law firm seeks additional, talented Associates with experience across a range of corporate and finance transactions for their growing Jersey & Guernsey offices. With at least 2+ PQE and superb academic background (including 2:1 and above at degree and Commendation/Distinction at LPC) applicants will have ideally developed their experience to date within a Magic/Silver Circle firm or equivalent US/international firm. 

The work is interesting, plentiful and of a very high standard and would suit those that are keen to maintain a variety in their practice and are ready to take on immediate responsibility within a vibrant team. In all cases candidates will require superb technical ability, strong drafting and written communication skills and be comfortable in a BD context – fostering and developing long-term client relationships. Furthermore, more senior applicants will be capable of running deals independently, supervising junior lawyers while inspiring those around you through your own dedication and dynamism.
