Competition Lawyers (Associate to Senior Associate) – Sydney & Melbourne

Tier-1 Australian law firm seeks additional high calibre competition lawyers for their expanding Sydney & Melbourne teams. Acting in many of Australia’s major cartel investigations, prosecutions, class actions, high-profile mergers and access disputes, they are regularly seen representing clients before the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the Australian Competition Tribunal, the National Competition Council and the Federal Court. 

Ideally Australian/New Zealand qualified (though exceptional UK/European lawyers will be considered / sponsored) candidates will have between 3-8yrs Competition Law experience gained with a top tier domestic or international practice. Academically strong, applicants will be confident in their knowledge & ability and be ready to take responsibility for larger matters, often working independently and/or supervising teams. A natural leader you will be an effective communicator who thrives under pressure, working well with colleagues and clients, getting the best out of those around you.
