The Role

This is a stand out opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join and busy department based in Bishop Stortford, Hertfordshire.

This is a great opportunity with a Top 200 team. This is one of the firms largest teams and you will be based in a bustling and heavy hitting office of leading lawyers.

Your work will include advice for developers, advice for landowners, commercial leases, healthcare properties, corporate occupier, property acquisitions and disposals.

This role will come with good opportunities for progression. The firm has a lovely sociable feel and have frequent social events.

The Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You will have a pragmatic approach to your work
• You will have a proven track record of billing
• You will have a UK practicing cirtificate
