Job Details
An exciting role has arisen with a top tier international firm that is looking to hire a financial restructuring and insolvency PSL to join the London office a global leading law firm.
In addition to the traditional PSL duties, the role-involves:
- working with heads of strategy and development to define and implement a plan to meet needs that are aligned with the business goals of the department;
- working with the partners in the team (both in London and globally) as well as colleagues in business development, to draft and publish substantial thought leadership content;
- active involvement in identifying, designing and delivering team training, including seminars, workshops and bespoke client training based on topical market issues and specific areas of client interest.
The ideal candidate will have been exposed to multi-jurisdictional, cross border transactions involving consensual / non-consensual restructuring and insolvency processes, in particular UK schemes of arrangement and US Chapter 11, and have expertise in other aspects of distressed debt and restructuring.
The position is offered full time or 4 days a week.
