Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth, with the London commercial IP and IT department of a world-class, leading US law firm.
The team's expansion sees them looking to recruit an associate with around 3 or 4 years' post qualification experience to work on transactional IP and IT including due diligence, carve out and separation issues, transitional services agreements, IP licensing and privacy / GDPR matters. Also helpful, but not essential, is some experience of contentious IP.
Great time to join a busy team as excellent career prospects are available along with one of the highest remuneration levels in the City.
