An experienced Real Estate Solicitor is required to join a leading Buckinghamshire practice to take over an existing caseload in their South Buckinghamshire office.

This dynamic and progressive firm have been in operation for just over 50 years across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire where they have specialists operating in all major practices across both private and commercial law.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance work, development matters and landlord and tenant matters.

You can expect to work on excellent quality commercial work as part of one of the areas leading commercial property teams.

Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes.

Applications are invited from candidates from NQ-5 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
