Funds Associate (3-5PQE) - Cayman Islands

Fund types include hedge, hybrid, infrastructure, investment management, mezzanine, regulatory, structured product, private equity and real estate funds.

They now seek additional high calibre lawyers that have experience of a variety of funds, banking & finance and corporate transactions who ideally have additional exposure to Fin-tech, Crypto and blockchain fund structuring.  

Possessing a strong academic pedigree, applicants will hail from a top tier UK or international law firm (ideally Magic/Silver Circle) and have the equivalent of 3-5yrs PQE (those with more experience will also be considered). With developed interpersonal and communication skills, you will be a motivated team player that is technically strong and comfortable in taking the initiative when required.  As with all offshore firms, the work is varied and will appeal to those that enjoy working on what are often bespoke transactions, in close conjunction with the client and their onshore legal counsel.
