IN HOUSE COUNSEL – Corporate Private Equity Lawyer – 1-3 pqe
Our client
is a world leading international private equity and investment advisory business.
They are looking for
a strong 1-3 PQE corporate/private equity lawyer to support the global deal teams in M&A focused legal team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
legal transactional support, assisted by outside counsel, on investments in Europe; advising on and/or negotiating transaction documents, including exclusivity agreements, term sheets, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and investment agreements etc. and providing strategic advice to investment teams.
The successful candidate will be
an excellent communicator, relationship builder, organiser ; able to manage multiple projects, priorities and personalities/local cultures and demonstrate rigour and accountability in their work.
