We have been instructed by a highly regarded Australian law firm undergoing significant growth across multiple offices to locate additional first-rate litigators (Australian or NZ qualified preferred) for their expanding Commercial Disputes & Insolvency Group in Melbourne. The work on offer is both challenging and rewarding, and their growing team has a high-performing, inclusive and learning-oriented culture.

To be considered, you will be a passionate commercial litigation Lawyer or Associate with at least 3 years of experience from a reputable practice. Possessing excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic, you will have a strong academic history from a well-respected university. Committed, resilient with attention to detail, those applicants with experience in writing commercially focused client publications would be looked upon favourably, however, this is not essential.
