Insolvency and Commercial Litigation - 0.5-2PQE - London

We have instructions on a non-advertised role for a junior insolvency and commercial litigator in a highly-respected, growing firm based in the heart of London.

This new role is for a junior-level lawyer to work on a broad range of work covering both insolvency and commercial litigation. There will likely be some non-contentious insolvency matters, however the focus of the role is contentious matters covering all manner of insolvency and fraud cases, together with corporate and shareholder disputes and general contractual litigation. Clients will include an excellent range of companies, banks and wealthy individuals. There will be international elements to the work.

The successful candidate for this role will be either a specialist insolvency lawyer or a more generalist litigator with an interest in insolvency work. We will consider good candidates from rated London or leading regional teams and with ideally between six months and two years' PQE. We will consider applicants with less PQE only with substantial insolvency experience.
