Job Details
We have been directly instructed on a new role at an offshore firm looking for entrepreneurial and technically excellent Associates with previous experience in Corporate and / or Finance to join their office in London.
The partners are ex-Magic Circle, and have a sophisticated client base offering high-quality Corporate and Funds transactional work advising on Cayman and BVI law.
The firm is highly supportive of their lawyers taking on business development opportunities to advance their own profile and client base. As such, this is an ideal role for entrepreneurial lawyers where their business-minded initiative will be valued and rewarded by the firm.
Successful candidates must have between 3 to 5 years' PQE in Corporate and / or Finance from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, offshore or other leading firm. UK, Australian, New Zealand, and other Commonwealth qualified lawyers are invited to apply for this role.
The firm offers an excellent salary, in addition to a desirable work/life balance whilst still working at the top end of the legal market in London.
