This firm is an outstanding London headquartered international firm, now looking to add a Private Equity senior associate to its growing Private Equity practice.

The Private Equity team is highly regarded both domestically and internationally and is led by three top tier partners who are looking to secure a senior associate for partnership.  

The successful candidate will be leading talented lawyers on cutting edge Private Equity transactions from initial negotiation through to completion, whilst lending their hand to business development and establishing their own client contacts and business plan.

Any senior associate joining this team will be working with a range of clients from entrepreneurs and venture capitalists through to Private Equity Houses and Management teams, whilst assisting on high quality work including Management Buy Outs, start up and early stage investments and acquisitions.

Applications are welcome from excellent senior associates with in-depth Corporate experience from leading international law firms.
