**US FIRM** Corporate Lawyer 2-5PQE

A highly respected US law firm that are rapidly expanding in London are looking to continue the growth of their Corporate team with the hire of a mid-level associate. The firm offer an extremely competitive remuneration package, the chance to join a fast growing practice and high-end international work.

This work will predominantly be focused on international and domestic M&A transactions. Furthermore, the new joiner will also be exposed to a variety of Private Equity, Joint Ventures and Reorganisations matters. The firm have recently made several senior hires into this team and are looking to continue this expansion with the hire of an ambitious mid-level associate. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners and learn and develop under real leaders within this space.

The firm are looking for applicants with a strong academic record and a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience within a respected mid-market, City or International Corporate team. Broad Corporate M&A and Private Equity experience is desired and to be considered all applicants must have experience on working on purchase agreements.
