Employment Associate sought by Top 100 Firm.
BCL Legal are delighted to be assisting a Top 100 Firm with significant international presence to recruit a bright and ambitious Employment Solicitor with between 2-8 years' PQE to join its London office.

The Firm has a significant national and international practice providing employment advice on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters including Tribunal litigation, TUPE, executive terminations, whistle-blowing, corporate support, discrimination, breach of covenants and restructuring. The Opportunity
This opportunity will suit an ambitious Employment solicitor who is looking to achieve a better work-life balance whilst retaining high quality workload with a significant international element, and who enjoys business development and consistent client contact. You will practise contentious and non-contentious Employment law work for clients in both the private and public sectors. The firm invests heavily in the career development and retention of its talent while encouraging progression at every opportunity. You will report to a "Leading Individual" in the Legal 500 and have the opportunity to develop your Employment Law expertise within a friendly and supportive environment.
The Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate will:
1. Be 2PQE+ with substantive experience working within an established Employment practice;
2. Have significant non-contentious Employment law experience;
3. Have significant contentious Employment law experience;
4. Enthusiastic Team Player; and
5. Commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
