Montresor Legal are working with a FTSE 250 financial institution, who are looking to bring in a junior to mid level consumer credit/regulatory lawyer to join their legal team.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with the business of a leading financial institution, advising across all areas of Consumer Credit and any related regulatory matters, assisting with the management of transactions in relation to all regulated products, across a number of businesses lines within the UK.
The ideal candidate will understand the operations of a financial services institution and any relevant regulatory issues, as well be capable of delivering clear commercial advice to the business.
