Job Details
This Top 100 firm are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their London office, focusing on Residential Development matters. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly ranked team that has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years.
In this role you will advise clients on a wide range of property and development acquisitions, property securitisation, s106 agreements, easements, joint ventures, development and collaboration agreements etc. You will work closely with a range of clients, including those within the social housing sector.
Applications are invited from junior solicitors (0-3PQE) and you will have gained experience across Residential Development matters. You will be confident working closely with clients and will want to take an active role with business development matters.
