Montresor Legal are working with a leading investment bank, who are looking to bring in a mid to senior level employment lawyer.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading financial institution at a senior level, taking responsibility for your own business lines.
Your responsibilities will include handling employment related disputes, instructing external counsel, oversight of all employment documentation, monitoring employment law developments and advising on corporate transactions across all divisions of the firm, with regards to staffing and employment issues.
The ideal candidate will have financial services experience and an understanding of the types of regulatory issues a large financial services institution may face, with 5+ years experience gained in private practise and/or with a large multinational corporate.
